About the Law Enforcement Torch Run
The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) is Special Olympics’ largest public awareness fundraising organization. Each year, LETR hosts a variety of events and fundraisers to help raise money for Special Olympic Chapters around the country. Our LETR community is made up of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CAPC). LETR has been a part of Special Olympics Canada since 1987.

Polar Plunge
The Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support local Special Olympics athletes by jumping into icy cold waters. Plunge participants take a quick dip to raise funds for Special Olympics New Brunswick. Jumping into icy cold water really is not your thing? You can still participate and show your support by making a pledge to a braver soul. Join us and be “Freezin’ for a Reason” – Take the Plunge! -
LETR Fall Ball Golf Tournament
The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) welcomes you to join our annual Fall Ball Charity Golf Tournament, in support of Special Olympics New Brunswick! LETR hosts the Fall Ball Charity Golf Tournament in support of Special Olympics! All funds raised from this event will go to support our athletes in New Brunswick. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness of our programs during this fun event! -
LETR 5km Walk
An annual event for Special Olympics New Brunswick by participating in our 5km run/ walk hosted by LETR to raise money for SONB!
